Sometimes in life it helps to walk in someone else’s shoes to understand what they are going through. However, I appreciate that this is not always necessary.

My life has been a roller coaster. I have shared happy times but have also experienced feelings of utter desperation.

I want to reach out to people and provide a forum for people to express themselves if they wish to and for them to know that there is always someone there to listen and to make positive suggestions. It is the smallest things in my life that have often helped me so much.

I have a loving family and 1 child but life has not always been easy. I have lost people very dear to me and this has taken its toll.

There have been periods in my life when I have felt completely lost.

My feelings of hopelessness and despair led me to a journey of self-discovery and in turn this took me on a brand new course in life. With this accomplished I decided that it was time for me to help enable others anywhere in the world to take a positive course of action.

I learned the hard way. If I can spare others some pain then my suffering will not have been in vain.

I aim to offer help, hope and the chance to lead a more positive and fulfilling life. Believe me, so much is possible, we just need to believe in ourselves. With action you can change your life for the better. For this you need motivational affirmations and a vision larger than life.
